Private High End - Residential Property

In 2021/22, we completed a 7 Bedroom High-end Mansion for a private client in Tunbridge Wells. The Mansion were Fully stripped out, and the E-S-B Limited sub-contract included the Carpentry, Dry-Lining, Suspended Ceilings and Airless Spray plaster. The overall value of the order to Eastern-Supply & Building Limited was for Approx. £300k, and we delivered on time and on budget. The project went really well, and we are looking forward to our future projects with the same client!

ON - Run Flagship store, London Regent Street.

In 2022/2023, we were sub-contracted the shop-fitting preparation and bespoke display unit and joinery assembly package for a new On-Run store in London Regent Street. This involved partitioning, associated joinery works and assembly of bespoke display units and furniture. We installed stainless steel display panels and assembled unique shop features.

Industrial Unit - Witham, Essex

In 2023 we were involved in the newly built Industrial Unit Centre. Our responsibilities included the installation of staircase partitions, Armstrong Grid ceilings, and Fire-Protection details with a deflection around the perimeter of 8 Units. Partitioning works followed by tape and jointing, and painting. The project went really well, and we are looking forward to our future projects with the same client!
