We delivered the full internal dry lining and ceiling package for an industrial warehouse unit in Witham — including metal stud partitioning to the warehouse and mezzanine, grid suspended ceilings to the first-floor office areas, and fire-rated bulkheads and beam casing to the exposed steel and roof structure. Firestopping to services penetrations was carried out by a specialist firestopping contractor as a separate package.

The dry lining, ceilings, bulkheads and beam casing were all carried out to the architect's specification and current British Standards, with fire ratings on the bulkheads and beam casing documented as part of the passive fire protection scope. The project was completed in 2023 as part of a wider commercial fit-out programme.
